Admission/Withdrawal Rules

I) Admission Process / Procedure

Age criteria : -

Documents required at the time of admission : -

  • Filled up form and 2 passport size photographs.
  • Attested copy of birth certificate.
  • Original birth certificate for verification.
  • Report card of previous class (attested).
  • T.C. (original) to be submitted within one month from admission date.
  • Original character certificate for (class VII and above).
  • Proof of residence.
  • Caste certificate for SC/ ST/ OBC.
  • Certificate for disability if any.
  • Medical fitness certificate from chief medical officer/registered medical practitioner.

A. Classes I to IX: -

  • Prospectus given at the time of registration gives complete information about the school system .
  • Admission to classes I & above is given based on the result of an admission test conducted by school and interaction done by student & parent with the Principal.
  • List of selected candidates will be displayed at the administrative office. Parents will also be informed telephonically.
  • On confirmation of admission, parents will be required to deposit fee within two days time, failing of which, the admission shall stand cancelled.

B. Admission to X : - Eligibility Only transfer cases after qualifying admission test (CBSE students only).

  • Prospectus given at the time of registration gives complete information about the school system.
  • Admission is given based on the result of an admission test conducted by the school and the interaction done by Principal of successful students.
  • Result of admission test will be displayed at school administrative office within 2 days of test.

Document required at the time of admission : -

  • Transfer certificate from employer of parent.
  • T.C. from previous school.
  • Report card VIII/ IX (original and attested both).
  • CBSE registration number.
  • Original character certificate.
  • Caste certificate for SC/ ST/ OBC.
  • Certificate of disability if any.
  • Medical fitness certificate from chief medical officer/registered medical practitioner.

C. Admission to Senior Secondary Std XI & XII : - As per the Higher Secondary Board certificate of STATE or CBSE Board or any other equivalent Board. 

II) Admission Withdrawal/Cancellation : -

a) Notice / Application for withdrawal of the student from the school, will have to be submitted by parent at least one week in advance.
b) Only after clearing all the dues, school will issue the transfer certificate.

IV) School Discipline and Code of Conduct : -

  • Students are advised to keep their classrooms / school building / campus neat and clean. Waste material and leftover must be thrown in the dustbin only. It is advisable not to bring valuable articles like expensive watches, fancy items and items of gold and silver jewellery etc.
  • The school is not responsible for goods that are lost.
  • Parents and Guardians must not enter the class rooms either to see their ward or to meet the teachers during school hours.
  • Every student must wear an identity card of the school.
  • A disciplinary action will be taken if the children are repeatedly late to school.
  • Students should be neatly dressed in school uniform on all working days and school functions.
  • House uniform has to be worn on all the working, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
  • Rowdyism and rude behavior should be strictly avoided.
  • Students must carry his/her school diary to school. It must have his/her photograph and complete identification information and should be duly signed by the parents.
  • Boys should cut their hair at regular intervals.
  • Students should observe polite behaviour & use of foul language is forbidden.
  • Girls should plait their hair if it is below their shoulders. Short hair should be neatly combed and pinned.
  • Students are not allowed to bring valuables like costly watches, jewellery, etc. to School, school shall not be accountable for loss of any such item.
  • Students are expected to respect others. This includes respect for school property. No students should damage any school furniture, write or draw anything on the walls, or in any way damage things that belong to others. Damage done, even by accident should be reported at once to the class teachers or to the Principal. Any damage done will be made good by the one who causes it.
  • Students should be polite wherever they go. They should always remember that the school is judged by their conduct. They should always greet their teachers when they meet them. Bullying or use of foul language is a punishable offence.
  • The school reserves the right to suspend or take strict disciplinary action against a student whose conduct is harmful to other students or whose diligence or progress in studies is constantly unsatisfactory.
  • In case of change of residential / office address or contact number , the school should be intimated in writing immediately.
  • Parents are advised to attend parents - teachers meeting organized by the school to ensure the overall development of their ward.
  • Educators can be approached through the Principal / front office only and not directly.
  • Once a child has come to school, he / she should not be allowed for half day's leave except some extreme emergency.
  • The name, class and section of the students must be marked on all belongings. The school will not be responsible for any article lost.
  • No leave or absence is granted except for valid reason and only on prior written application by parents.
  • Application for medical leave should be accompanied by a medical certificate from a registered Practitioner/Doctor.
  • Parents will not be permitted to meet their wards during the school hours. No application shall be entertained in this regard.
  • A pupil, who for some unexplained reason has been absent for a month or more is liable to have his / her name struck off without advance notice. If readmitted he or she will be considered as a case of fresh admission.
  • Attendance: a minimum of 80% of total attendance during an academic session would be necessary. Shortage upto 10% may be considered for condonation in case of genuine illness (if supported by a medical certificate).
  • School timings from I to X ; 8.25 am to 2.40 pm. First, third and fifth Saturday, will be working for all the classes. Second Saturday PTM . Fourth Saturday will be holiday. It is compulsory to bring your ward along with you on PTM in regular school uniform only. Both the parents should accompany.                                                                                                                                     

V) School Timing :-

For I to X
Monday to Saturday      : 8.20 am to 2.40 pm
Second Saturday          : PTM (9.00 am to 11.00 noon)
Fourth Saturday            : Holiday


VI) School Uniform Regular:-

BOYS

  • Std.I to IV  Navy blue half pant with white strip on pocket.
  • Std.V onwards Navy blue full pant with white strip on pocket.
  • Navy blue socks with two white strip.
  • Blue belt with two white stripe.
  • Black leather shoes.

GIRLS

  • Std.I onwards Navy blue skirt with white strip on edge of skirt.
  • Girls should wear black wear cycling shorts daily.
  • Navy blue socks with two white strips.
  • Black leather shoes without heels.
  • White bow (no fancy clips or jewellery is allowed).
  • Navy Blue belt with two white stripe.
  • Sports shoes. 

House uniform :- for both Girls and Boys  on every Wednesday and Saturday:-

  • Black Track pant with house colour strip on pocket for both girls and boys.
  • Housewise T-shirt (Green, Yellow, Blue, Red)
